Hey guys,
welcome to the next part of our trip "Around Second Life in eighty hours".
This time we went over to Mont Saint Michel, a pretty impressive SL version of the famous medieval monastery a small island off the coast of normandy, france.
The whole island is a pretty impressive build, and I’d say it is definitely worth more than one visit.
The replica of the cloister and cathedral on top of the mountain are just awesome, and the crooked little lanes and alleys down in the city are so cute!
The place has some nice shops and cafes, but I would recommend wearing a translator, or running snowglobe when you visit the place, because a lot of the people seem to be japanese.
Maybe that is because the owner of the sims is japanese…
Anyways, without further ado, here are the pictures!

"You are in a maze of twisty little lanes, all alike." But we didn’t meet a grue. phew.
Deep under the mountain… a hidden base of some sort!

The fuel storage for the spaceship

and the comms grid. Or maybe they just couldn’t get cable tv there…

It’s saturday, 10am MET… and as usual LL broke something.
Even their effing website is dead, so people can’t even file a support ticket to tell them that their shit is dead.
Isn’t that cool.
One of these days I’m just going over to Linden village and start shooting people.
Wouldn’t exactly hurt the stability of the grid.
